We have a promise to all of our customers on all of our work.  This promise guarantees your satisfaction and provides you with complete confidence that your specification will be fulfilled to the highest standard and delivered in a safe working manner.

 

Our Guarantee
 

Any fixed installation that we install is covered by us for 10 years.  This is on the provision that it has not been altered/tampered with by anyone other than our own employees.  A second exemption includes any damage that has occurred outside of our reasonable control, our reasonable control is defined by ourselves upon investigation of any individual instance. 

 

We carry across the manufacturers warranty on any accessories that we install allowing us to replace any broken/malfunctioning accessories without any cost implications to yourselves.  It is appropriate to note that there may be a small lead time on replacing items if they are deemed a 'specialist item' as these items are normally needed to be ordered in.

 

Our promise is backed by the NICEIC who provide their own high standards of work and ensure compliance with the regulations.  If any of our work is suspected to be below the accepted technical level, then we will rectify the works without any additional cost to our clients.

 

In some instances, we are able to provide a longer term guarantee beyond 10 years, please get in touch if you wish to negotiate the inclusion of a longer fixed term within a contract for a particular project.

 
 
Training and Qualifications

 

We promise to provide all necessary training to all of our operatives at our expense in order to give us the flexibility of working in a whole range of areas from confined spaces to our UK's railway network.  We have employees that are trained in the use of access equipment also; certificates held include IPAF and PASMA.  Our team also have Sentinel accounts with up to date drug, alcohol and fitness tests uploaded alongside their Track Awareness certifications.  High Voltage training is also provided wherever it is needed.

 

All of our employees are qualified to each level required for every specific task.  No employee will be asked to do something that they are not both qualified and competent to do.  Regular supervision and assessments are carried out to confirm that this standard is maintained.

 

 

Pricing

 

We have a duty to you within our promise to provide fair and competitive prices, we rely heavily on repeat custom as we like to provide a dedicated service to each of our customers allowing us to maintain a personal relationship; to achieve this we must make sure that we are remaining at an affordable cost.  We excel in working within the confines of a budget and are able to provide a tailored package to conform to the specification.

 

 

Safety

 

A critical part of our promise is making sure that any and every task that we undertake is done so in a manner that ensures safe working practices and conformity to our strict health and safety policy, risk assessments and method statements.  No leniency is given regarding the implementation of health and safety into our work.

 

 
Communication

 

We value good communication as a valuable asset which is why we promise to provide you with our utmost attention via the form of communication which is to be the most suitable.  Phone calls will be returned, emails replied to and meetings will be attended when it is convenient to do so.  We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year.

 

 

Presentation

The appearance of our employees is guaranteed through our strict company uniform policy.  Our employees are expected to turn up to work each day looking smart and clean.  Some of our work areas such as data centres specifically enforce a cleanliness rule meaning no contamination is allowed through their doors, these and such like rules are always complied with as far as is reasonable and practical.  Our employees are also monitored to ensure they are turning up on time, any issues with this are addressed instantly.
